Sunday 8 March 2.00pmspan Brookwood Cemetery Walks:Brookwood Muslim Cemetery Trail Guided Walk led by Tharik Hussain. In July 2019, Tharik created Britain's first Muslim heritage trails, in Surrey, This walk is based on the Muslim cemetery heritage trail. Walks start from the entrance to the Glades of Remembrance, adjacent to the Cemetery Office. See their website.(Donation ~ £4)

8 March 2019 - Surrey Half Marathon. This starts and ends at the Woking Leisure Centre. Several roads including Saunders Lane and part of Blackhorse Road will be closed during the day. Saunders Lane and Blackhorse Road will be closed from 7.30am to 12.30pm. See Surrey Half Marathon web page for more info.

Sunday 5 April 2.00pm Brookwood Cemetery Walks Society members will lead a walk around the lesser-known areas of the Anglican section. . Walks start from the entrance to the Glades of Remembrance, adjacent to the Cemetery Office. See their website.(Donation ~ £4)

Sunday 3 May 2.00pm Brookwood Cemetery Walks. Today 'Medical walk. A walk taking in prominent medical personnel (especially the St Thomas’ plot) to mark the bi-centenary of Florence Nightingale’s birth in 1820. This is a NEW WALK. Walks start from the entrance to the Glades of Remembrance, adjacent to the Cemetery Office. (Donation ~ £4) See their website.
